COKE IMPORTATIONS.
(Received 10.8 a-m.) ADELAIDE, this day. German companies have secured a contract for 10.000 tons of coke for the Willaroo smelting works. It is stated that owing to cheap freights by arriving ships, chartered to load wheat for Europe, German makers are aole to undercut Australian cokemakers out of the market.
