DIMINISHING REVENUE.
810 DEFICIT FEARED. LONDON, October 3. The "Daily Telegraph" says that if the revenue continues to shrink at the same rate as for the past few months it is likely that Mr. Lloyd-George (the Chancellor of the Exchequer) will have to announce a deficit in April of eight millions. The "Telegraph" points out that the country must meet besides upward, of ten I millions for old age pensions, an extra 'four millions for the navy.
