The "Daily Telegraph" says that if the revenue continues to shrink at the same rate as for the past few months it is likely that Mr. Lloyd-George (the Chancellor of the Exchequer) will have to announce a deficit in April of eight millions. The "Telegraph" points out that the country must meet besides upward, of ten I millions for old age pensions, an extra 'four millions for the navy.
