A RECRUDESCENCE. (Received 5.20 a.m.) LONDON, October 2. There has been a renewal of passive resistance as a protest against the Education Act of 1902. _ The property of six passive resisters, including two - ministers, has been sold at Berwicl. to pay the Education rate.
