LIBERAL LYMPH.
THE CONSTITUENCIES NEED. DEMOCRACY'S BEST GUIDE. (Received 8.8 a.m.) LONDON, October 2. Mr. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, in a speech in his own constituency, said that some constituencies, and many young Liberals, needed revaccination with good Liberal lymph to render them immune against the germs and microbes filling the air. Socialist countries found their progressive power split and paralysed, and desired to revert to true Liberalism. Mr. Lloyd-George added t_lat it was unwise to hastily climb a mountain. They must ascend slowly, winding round the difficulties, and carefully negotiating the crags, lest they tumble over a precipice. Liberalism was the best mountain guide the Democracy had ever had.
