KARANGAHAKE.
The manager telegraphed this morning: "Quartz three feet wide. Probably more quartz ahead.' .
WAIOTAHI RETURN.
The return from the Waiotahi G.M. Co. for the past month was £808 from 223 tons of ore. treated. This brings the total output to date to £662,768 19/8, out of which £397,800 has been paid in dividends.
OLD KAPANGA. .
A special meeting of shareholders in the Old Kapanga G.M. Company was held yesterday afternoon in Mr. H. Gillillan's office, nt which the resolutions previously adopted were confirmed, "That the company be. wound up."' This in in connection with the scheme of reconstruction submitted at laat meeting.
