AUCKLAND POLICE INQUIRY.
(By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Hon. -las. McGowan, replying to alegations of dissatisfaction amongst the Auckland police, regarding medical treatment, said a departmental inquiry was held by Mr. Brabant, S.M., and his report was receiving consideration. There was no ground for asserting that Constable Dunnclt had been certified as unfit for duty since the inquiry. * '
