FRENCH TARIFF.
RAISING THE DUTIES, LONDON, September 28. Renter's Paris correspondent states that the French Customs Commission purposes raising the import duties on British woollen, leather, and elastic goods. The British Chamber of Commerce in Paris has been trying to obtain concessions.
