EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS.
ASQUITH'S FKOBXBITION. ARCHBISHOP «ABS SURPRISED LONDON, September 26. In an interview, Archbishop Carr, of Melbourne, stated that he was much I impressed by the Eucharistic Congress. He was greatly surprised at Mr. Asquith's belated prohibition of the procession, though at first he was inclined to think that it would have been well if the procession in the streets had been arranged on the lines finally taken. The Archbishop attended the Galway Exhibition of products and manufactures, and he will remain in Ireland till the end of the year.
