BROACHING CARGO.
CHARGE AGAINST WHARF LAB-. OURERS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association,) WELLINGTON, this day.. Five wharf labourers were arrested yesterday on a charge of broaching cargo on the et earner, Rippingham Grange. One member of the crew (an apprentice) was also arrested, and his evidence, given to-day; bore out his own. confession to the officers, implicating himself and the labourers. After partial bearing, the case was adjourned till the 30th September. The apprentice, Alphonse Doyle, was fined £3. __^_
