Proposed Amendment of Rules. —The secrolnry of the Otngo Rugby Union telegraphed thflt he was forwarding the requisition, to bo signed by the A.R.U. requesting the New Zealand Union to call a special meeting of the delegates from the affiliated unions to discuss the proposed amendments to the laws ol the game.
