Tart HI.—To provide for obstructions in streets, bicycles, driving cattle, drivjng vehicles, loitering in streets, spitting in streets. Tart IV.—To i>FOTide for drainage and all work in connection therewith and thereto; removing mauure and I nuisances. i Tart V.—To provide for the good rule and government of the iJorough; also, defining the use and charges for the water supply, ordinary, extraordinary., aim meter supply, and garden hose. Tart VI. — To provide for plumbers' work. l'urt Vir.—To provide for sale of milk, unwholesome Kiod, offensive drainage, noxious trades. Part Vlli.—To provide for keeping dangerous goods and fires. Part IX.—To provide for buildings for public meetings, etc. Part X. —To provide for hawkers and pedlars.
