Sympathetic reference was made to the death of Mr William Perctval, who for over 30 years had filled the position of secretary to the clnb. It was decided to forward a letter of I condolence to Mrs Percival and family. It was decided to hold the second day of the summer meeting on December 30, so as ' not to clash with the Thames Jockey Club's , meeting. i The following transfers were passed:— Manawatu Stud Company to F.
