WAIKATO NOTES.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A meeting of representatives of the Presbyterian enurches of the Waikato and Goldfiolds districts has prepared a petition for presentation to the Assembly in November, asking for a partition of Auckland with a view to establishing a separate for the above districts. The balance-sheet to be submitted to the annual meeting of the Eureka Cooperative Dairy Company shows that after payment at 8d per lb. there remains for distention £270fi. which will enable a bomis»of 3d to paid, making a total payment of lid for butter-fat. Some 5,5X0,008 ib; of iri' : - wrrv received, and 2:jC!,002 lbs of bnttpr made for the year, averaging 24.S lbs of milk to the pound of butter. !
