Axel Fredsberg, of Whangaparaoa, trading with Charles Fredsberg, under the firm of Fredsberg Bros., flaxmillers, has filed a petition in bankruptcy, and a meeting of creditors will be held on July 21. John Blair, of Jervois-road, boot manufacturer, has also filed a petition, and the first meeting will be held on Monday, July 27. Annie 8011, of Devonport, wife of Edwin Bromley Bell, has filed a similar petition, and the first meeting of c-roHilors will be held on Monday, July 27. The Eden Cycling Club have decided to hold a paper chase at Mangere tomorrow. The club is negotiating for a cycling track, a portion of which has already been placed at their disposal, so leaving only a small piece of land to be acquired.
