PENSION SCHEME.
DELAY IN THE LORDS. (Received 8.2 J a.m.) LONDON, July 16. "The Times" deprecates the Lords rejecting or delaying the Old Age Pensions Bill since they would place themselves in a very difficult and dangerous situation without effecting any real reform, as they do not possess power to put forward any better alternative.
