The.-Borough Council has decided to Approach the Municipal Conference with a_,pr«posal to secure amending legislation •to., conserve tbe rights of cities • and boroughs in the matter of electric lighting. The Qouncil is legally advised that the present Act does not prevent private -i-jDiies within certain limitations.
