QUEBEC TERCENTENARY.
PRINCE OF WALES' DEPARTURE. THE NATIONAL MEMORIALS. (Received 8.20 a.m.) LONDON, July 14. The Prince of Wales is the bearer of Britain's subscription of f 10/100 towards the memorials to Generals Wolfe and Montcalm to be erected in Canada in connection with the Quebec tercentenary. His Royal Highness sails for Canada to-morrow in HJSI.S. Indomitable, 5n order to participate in the celebrations.
