(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day. Sir Joseph Ward arrived at Gisborae this morning, and left by the excursion train at 11.30 for Waikohu, where ne will formally open an extension of the railway to that place, returning to Gisborne in the evening to deliver a political address.
