BISHOP TWITCHELL CONSECRATED.
LONDON, May 29. At the Southwark Cathedral to-day the Archbishop of Canterbury (Dr. Davidson) consecrated Rev. T; C. Twitchell as Missionary Bishop of Polynesia. The Bishops of Melanesia (Rev. Cecil Wilson), Carpentaria (Dr. Gilbert White), and Waiapu (Dr. W. I* Williams) assisted in the ceremony.
