Huntly.—The annual meeting of householders took place in the District »cbool on Monday night, the Rev. A J. Bed presiding over a very poor attendance.'The balance-sheet, which showed a credt of £4 0/7, -was adopted, and the report of the committee and the headmaster iere adopted as read. The Rev. Mr. ftdt (chairman), Messrs. E. W. Ruston, J.A. Williams, and J. W. Wilton were re-elecW members of committee, the new memoes, being Messrs. T. Black, C. Richards, and t' W. Sheeran. It was decided to procu* and place in each schoolroom wall sheet containing the Ten Commandments.
