BRITISH APATHY.
Further Complaints from. New Hebrides. (Received 10.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. British residents in the New Hebrides still complain of the apathy of the Imperial authorities. It is stated that all the preliminary official appointments in connection with the new Governmental scheme have been given to French officials.
