PAKEHA MAORI CHILDREN.
ADOPTED CHILDREN AND ESTATES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A decision of general importance was given by Chief Judge Palmer to-day in the Native Land Court. In effect he held that a European child adopted by an aboriginal native cannot participate in any estate left by the native at death.
