ONEHUNGA ASSESSMENT COURT.
The sittings of the Ouehunga Assessment Court commenced this morniug, before Mr H. W. Nortkcroft, S.M. Mr. H. A. Yockney represented the Borough Council Mr Gilmore appearing in support of his valuations. The following objections were heard:—Gilbert John Barry, £20, reduced to £12: M B. Bassctt. allot. 40, sec. 32, £20, reduced to £12, allot. 32 aud 33, £78, reduced to £41: James Beaver, allot. 3 and 4, sec. 40, Inkerman-street, £3S. reduced to £26, allot. 15, sec. 40, £54, reduced to £34; c stallard, allot. 6. sec. 5, £15, by mutual consent: John Black, allot. 12, sec. 47 £tjs reduced to £29. ' '
T. H. Brain, £27, reduced to £8, by consent. Leonard Bray, £20, sustained. Hannah and "William Bray, £36, reduced to £22. •Sidney John Brookfleld, reduced to £Z!, by consent.
