All quantities mentioned are approximate, and in superficial feet (standing measurement). Mr. E. Gallichan (general secretary of the New Zealand Liberal and Labour Federation) returned to Auckland air noon to-day, after an extensive tour of ■ the Bay of Plenty district. Mr. Gallichan expresses himself as highly pleased with his visit, and is much impressed with the general potentialities of the country he has been tlirougu.
