Mr. H. Turner, who has been in charge of the telegraph office at the Thames, has been appointed postmaster at Devonport, Auckland. Mr. M. B. Esson, of the Dannevirke Post and Telegraph Office, is to be transferred to the Thames as senior telegraphist.
