Judges Williams (presiding), Denuiston, Edwards, Cooper and Chapman. The Court began the hearing of the case, Borough of Grey Lynn, Auckland, versus the Bank-of New-Zealand Assets Realisation Board. This was a special case moved by consent into the Court of Appeal. Plaintiffs called upon the Board to form one street, and to construct a footpath oh.another street.
