Mrs. Woolloxall, wife of the Rev. M. WooLloxall, Methodist minister at Waihi, died last night Trom enteric, ag-ed 23.

Mr. Hamilton Hunter, British Consul at Tonga, and the Hon. T. E. Roberts, Auditor-General of the same islands, are passengers by the Navua for Nukualofa to-day.

Mr. J. M. Jackson, stroke of the Blenheim crew which won the Champion Fours at the Napier carnival, a.rrived in Auckland by the Rotoiti to-day. Mr. Jackson, who is mate of the s.s. Daphne, also stroked the same crew to victory in the Wellington Fours recently.

Lady Plunket delivers an address at a meeting of the Mothers' Union at the Choral Hall this afternoon, the subject being in connection with the health of women and children. The Hon. Kathleen Plunket is expected to return from Rotorua on Friday. .
