Objections to A__.b_.ss_.i_or "Withdrawn. BERLIN. March 30. It was officially stated in Berlin to-day that nothing now stands in the way of the nomination of Dr. D. J. Hill (United States Ambassador at The Hague) to succeed Mr. Charlemagne Tower as United States Ambassador to Germany. LONDON, March 30. "The Daily Mail" says that this latest Imperial volte face represents a frank and generous concession to American public opinion, which the Kaiser is reluctant to offend.
