What is the name for that great growing district reaching from Arch Hill through tie Crescent to Richmond Hill, and thence by Richmond-road to Ponsonby-road? I always thought this was, Grey Lynn. About six years -since we conld hare a convenient 'tSjs service, bat havm* such a sleepy Council, after six years we have not yet that boon.
