SALE OF ONEHUNGA PROPERTIES.

Messrs S. Vaile and Sons sold by anction at their Mart yesterday afternoon, a number of sections of land at Onehunga, as well as other allotments, with dwellings thereon. The sale was without reserve, and every lot offered was disposed of to the highest bidder.

In the estate of the late Mr W. T. Webb, the following sections were sold:—7-roomed noose, and one acre of land, situated at the top of Queen-street, Onehunga, of conservatory and verandah, on one floor four fireplaces, good range, water, stable, coachhouse, land laid out in good garden and orchard, smins. walk, from tram. Price, £657 10/. Sections, Queen-street, 50 by 150, and 5T feet by 150, with frontage to Grey-street; price £112 10/ the two. Section fronting Grey-street, Onehunga, 66 by 165 feet; price £52 10/. Sections fronting Queen-street, 50ft by 150 ft; price £78 and £6S. Corner section. Grey and Hardtngtonstreet, 61ft by 177 ft, £112; fronting Greystreet, 66ft by 159 ft. lot 69, £65; lot 70, £66; lot 71. £70; and lot 72, £70; fronting Cameron-street, lot 90. 134 ft by 177 ft, ■ <7 57 10/; lot 89, 66ft by 165 ft £52; lot 88 £42 10/; lot 87, £41.

One 3-roomed cottage in Hill-street, Onehnnga, on allotment 31 by 60ft, sold for £41; and an allotment adjoining, but fronting Catherine-street, 93ft by 60ft, realised
