Associated Chambers' Majority. Received 7.58 a-m.) LONDON, March IS. The Associated Chambers of Commerce meeting in London adopted, by 40 voles to 30, a series of resolutions in favour of urifl reform, and regretting that the Colonial Conference had failed to pronote reciprocal trading with the colonies, dirty-one members maintained a neutral attitude. Since the resolution was cot carried by a two-thirds majority no sction will l> 6 taken.
