HORRORS OF NEW YORK. WAX-WORK EXHIBITION. ] i (Received 5.40 a-m.) , NEW YORK, March 16. Mr. Hughes, Governor of the State of ! New York, and a Republican candidate for the American Presidency, has pro- , moted a wax-work exhibition at the ; Museum of Natural History, w-hich re- . veals the terrible congestion prevailing j in the flats of New York.
