Tenders to provide alternatively for (a) Six direct trips per annum from Auckland to Niue, and return direct to Auckland. (b) Five trips per annum from Auckland to Nine, three of which shall ( be direct to Niue and return to Auckland, and two from Auckland to Niue, via Tonga, or Auckland to Niue and return to Auckland via Tonga, at the option of the contractor.
