Fiyarers WHI Not Trust to Sultan. (Received 5.29 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, January G. The Porte has thrice offered to take the reform agents of Macedonia into its own service, but the Powers have declined this, and insist upon their previous decision that the authority over those who are to carry on the reforms shall not be confined to the Sultan and his advisers.
