j AN EXTENDED TOUR. (By Telegrapb.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The Hon. E- McNab will leave Wellington on Monday next by the express for Napier. On Tuesday he Drill travel to Mohaka, and on Wednesday he will reach Wairoa at mid-day, and receive deputations. Next day he will continue his journey towards Gisborne, driving through Wairoa to Tiniroto. On Friday night Gisborae will be reached. Saturday will be spent in visiting the Te Arai Estate, recently acquired compulsorily under the Lands for Settlement Act, while Sunday will be passed in (iisborne. During the second week the Minister will make his way further north along the coast, reaching Tolago Bay on Monday, January 20, and Waimata on Tuesday, returning to Gisborne on Wednesday, and taking train to Te Puna, where he will spend the night Thursday evening will, if the proposed itinerary is adhered to, see the travellers at Motu, from whence they will ride on horseback next day to Opotiki. On Saturday a very heavy day's travelling is contemplated, commencing with a 16----mile drive to Wh&katane, thence to Rotorua (seventy milas by motorcar. On the following Monday (January 27) the Minister will travel to Taurraarunui by train, going next day by train and coach to Raetihi. He intends spending a complete day in this rapidly developing centre on the Main Trunk railway, and on Thursday it is his intention to reach Taiha-pe. On January 31 he will travel from Tai'hape to Wellington. Another lengthy tonr will be commenced by the Minister for Lands a. week after his return from the East Coast. The country to be covered will Dβ the West Coast of the South Island.
