ZULU REBELLION QUELLED.
Military Operations Suspended. (Received S.lB a.m.) DURBAN, January 5. The authorities are of opinion that the Zulu rebellion is now well in hand, and accordingly military operatidns have been suspended. The pursuit of the ringleaders of the trouble is, however, still being maintained by the Natal police. CAVE PARTY EILIED. DURBAN, January 4. A police patrol surprised a small party of rebel Zulus in some caves at the junction of the Black and White Unolvi Rivers. Two of the rebels were killod, but the rest made their escape, leaving rifles and bandoliers behind them.
