MOLTKE'S NAME tJWSTAIITBD. RUNAWAYS TJRGED TO RETURN BERLIN, January 4. The president of the Court declared that Count yon Moltke had emerged from the ordeal unstained, and nothing had been proved against Prince Eulenburg. The Minister for War has appealed to Counts Lynar and Hohenau to return and stand their trial for the sake of the honour of Germany and of their families. BERLIN, January 4. "The Times" refers to the Public Prosecutor's strange omission to proceed against Herr Harden until the close of the private action as requiring some explanation. Herr Harden is appealing to the Supreme Court.
