CALCTUTA, October 28. Panda Upadhya, editor of tbe seditious newspaper "Sandhya," who had been arrested on a charge of sedition, died in hospital, after a surgical operation. There was a great demonstration at Be funeral at the Burning Ghat (place o; cremation), and Pandu's ashes were eagerly collected.
