TREATMENT OF HINDUS.
ALLEGED GRAVE INJUSTICE,
GENERAL EXCLUSION URGED,

LONDON, October 28.
The Times Vancouver correspondent says that the Hindus are there being treated with shocking injustice. VANCOUVER, October 28. The Finance Committee of the Corporation demand the exclusion of Asiatics also the abrogation of the treaty with Japan. The committee assert that 7700 Japanese, 1900 Hindus, and 300 Chinese have' arrived in British Columbia during this year. * TOKIO, October 28. While Japan is pleased at the attitude of the Canadian authorities with regard to the anti-Japanese outrages at Vancouver, the proposed convention to restrict the movements of the Japanese labourers is strongly opposed, as it is considered to be an invidious discrimination, and also unnecessary, since the inflow of labourers to Canada has ceased.
