HAS MAGICAL EFFECT. AN AIX-ROTTKD RALLY. (Received 7.52 a-m.) NEW YORK, October 25. Mr. J. D. Rockefeller deposited with the Union Trust Company a sum of two million sterling to aid them or afford relief generally. Mr. Pierpont Morgan aAso sent to the Stock Exchange, just before the close for the day, five million sterling to lend at 10 per cent. The effect of these loans was magical. The brokers scrambled for the money, and the scene was the wildest of the year. Some stocks instantly rose by from four to six points.
