■Ehreateas to Slioot a Minister. SYDNEY, October 24. There was a scene in the Assembly tonisht. when Mr. John Norton, annoyed by a remark made by Mr. W. H. Wood (Chief Secretary), threatened to shoot Mr. Wood down " like a dog." There was much excitement till Mr. Norton calmed down.
