THE FIFTH MATCH. A DRAWN GAME. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 10.16 a.m.J] LONDON, October 23. The New Zealand professional footballers played the fifth game of the tour to-day against a team representing Wakefield Trinity, at Wakefield, Yorkshire. In the first spell the home team had all the best of the play, and scored six points, a try and a. penalty goal, while the visitors failed to score in this half. In the second spell the New Zealanders showed more dash than their opponents, and had the better of the play. The defence was a stubborn one, however, and the Colonials only managed to score one try, which was not converted. Before the spell ended, however, their opponents were penalised in their own 25, and the shot at goal proving successful the scores were equalised, the match j thus ending in a draw, six points each.
