CHILD'S SAD FATE.

INJURED,
SYDNEY, October 23. ' Jlr. Goodman's residence at Manildra fas destroyed by fire during the early jours of this morning, and Mr. Goodman's daughter, aged 11 years, was burnt jo death. A 16-year-old daughter rescued three of iie younger children, and was returning to the building a fourth time when the Tails collapsed. The girl was so severely injured that her recovery is hopeless.
