- Professor J- H. Biles. LL.D., Professor o f ifaval Architecture at Glasgow University, now on a visit to Australia approves Of Australia building her own fleet, but is of opinion that torpedo vessels cannot be built in Australia, since they are the most difficult of all vessels to construct. Great Britain, said Professor Biles, had herself been a long time leara--ing how -to build them.
