1 5/7 in Sydney. I / SYDNEY, October 22. : Wheat sold to-day up to 5/7. I The statistics of the Intelligence Department estimate that 26,000 acres more ■wheat will be cut for hay this year than last. This, added to the smaller area sown, will reduce the area cut for grain by 234.700 acres. The Bureau declines to give any estimate of the prospective yield. TIMARU, this day. The South Canterbury Master Bakers' 'Association, at a meeting , last night, decided not to raise the price of bread un--1 less there is a further advance in, the price of flour.
