(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, Tuesday. At a special meeting of the Borough Council last night, it was decided to purchase a email section, costing £175, on which to erect a shed for the storage of implements used in borongh works, gravel, etc. The supply of water pipes for the main through the 'Woodhill Estate resulted in the following tenders being received:— Briscoe and Co., £159; Porter and Co., £177; T. and A.
