i LONDON, October IT. The Trades Congress. Parliamentary 'Committee has thrown all responsibility .on. the directors of the railway companies in connection with the paralysis lof trade and dangers to travellers which will occur if the strike .takes place. j As representing the whole trade union movement, the committee express hearty and entire sympathy with the railway men.
The Committee is to confer with the Labour party and Federation of Trades Unions on November 5, to consider measures for the support of the railway men.
