WELSH DISESTABLISHMENT.
Government Pledge. LONDON, October 11. Mr. D. Lloyd-George (President of the Board of Trade), speaking at the Nonconformist Convention at Cardiff, declared that if the Government went to the country on the House of Lords question, Welsh disestablishment -would be in the forefront of the issues.
