J Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Waitemata County Coun- ~- , cii will be held at the Couucil Offices, ' Palmerston Buildings, Queen-street, Auck- - land, on FRIDAY, the 2nd day of August, 1907, at 11 a.m., when the following reso- ' lntion, adopted and passed at a Special Meeting of the said Council, held on Friday, the 7th day of June, 1907, will .be : submitted for confirmation as a Special ! ■ Order: "That the Waitemata County Council hereby make a By-law in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred ' upon it by the 'Counties Act, 1886,' and ; amendments, and 'The Water Supply Act, 'j - 1891,' and amendments, and of every other power thereunto enabling it, fixing the charges to be made for water supplied to the inhabitants of the Northcote Water Supply District, and prescribing condi- . tions for the confluct and regulation, of the said water supply works, and providing penalties for the breach or non- 1 , observance of the said conditions, aid that such, by-law be passed and adopted, * ) and that this Special Resolution do oper- ; ate as a Special Order."
