(Received 9.51 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The Premiers confidential report shows that extraordinary sweating prevails in the dressmaking and millinery •businesses. Nine hundred girls receive only 5/ a week and under. Mr. Carruthers has announced his intention to legislate for the fixing of a minimum wage for juvenile labour.
